we have somewhat of an x-mas dilemma.

I went with a live tree last year. this year we have a grandchild living with us. my brother pulled a live tree over on himself. so, I can't have one. I want to have a cryptid christmas. make a tree on the wall with evergreen garland and lights and small ornaments? I ordered a gingerdead ornament. have some small Bigfoots. I don't know. still have some time to think on it, I guess....

I have printed off cryptid images and backed them on cardstock to stiffen them. thinking of trimming them in black lace and maybe black beads, then black ribbons to hang. and my little Bigfoot ornaments. and the little feltie ghost I made....

found one more gift each for Zerelda and Violet....and I think we're all even Steven.

but maybe Coralie won't like them having babies and her getting a car, although she loves cars...may have to check zulily again...(sigh)

had a skiff of snow on the ground when I finally awakened yesterday, so it's beginning to feel a lot like xmas....

and today these adorable Pottery Barn clearance plates and tumblers popped up on my facebook feed....would've been even cooler if the Bumble (abdominable snowman) was still available, but my grand kids will be dining in style at our family dinner!
